  • What is this .99 (or whatever amount) "Customer Handling Fee"?

    This is a fee Storenvy has universally set on all sales. It's stupid and I hate it, but there's nothing I can do about it through Storenvy itself...   • What are pan stickers?

    (from http://sunyshore.com/guide.shtml) "Pan stickers are the free gift that comes with Pokémon Pan- flavoured bread. Each pack of bread contains a sticker of a Pokémon, though it is not necessarily of the same Pokémon displayed on the packet. The stickers are slightly rough in texture. PS: "Pan" is bread in Japanese! Pan Stickers is a completely fanon name - their real name is Deco Chara Seals."

    Many of the older stickers are brittle and may have lost adhesive quality over the years. Newer releases are made with much better quality and are quite reusable when handled properly. Please be careful when handling!

  • How do I order?

    On each listing, each sticker is marked with a number on the top right (these are only for the store listing and do not actually show up on the product). Numbers are in order from oldest to newest release (although there are a few mixups here and there, so not 100% accurate ^^;). Please select the number corresponding to which sticker you'd like when adding to cart!

  • How much is shipping?

    In stamped envelopes, shipping starts at $2 for all orders within the US, $7.00 for international! (exceptions: lots, large orders) Note shipping is CHEAPER on my custom shop since there are no Storenvy fees there! http://shop.pmsinfirm.org

    Please note that USPS does price increases twice a year, so shipping rates are subject to increase over time just the same.

  • Can I combine my order with items from your other sales?

    Absolutely! I will apply the shipping amount you paid here as a full discount to the shipping for your order from my other sales. Note I can only do this from direct orders off my LJ and not my other Storenvy sales.

    For the sake of timeliness with shipping out orders, I will only accept fully committed orders from my sales if you have already made your purchase here. If you need more time to work out a combined order with me, please contact me before making your order here!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All items are shipped out with USPS shipping within 5 business days of receiving an order. Note that USPS is closed on US holidays so there will be additional delays during such times.

    Because Stripe requires around 3 business days to process the payments, the additional delay is to ensure your payment has been confirmed. There have been issues in the past where payments are rejected several days later because of issues with buyer payments.

    Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 12 weeks.

    By default, items are shipped out in stamped envelopes without tracking or insurance.     If you want an order to be shipped expedited (US only), I recommend purchasing Priority shipping from this listing which delivers in approximately 3 days or less (but not guaranteed). If you require a true express delivery option, please contact me!

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I sure do! Please note that all stickers from this store are shipped out in stamped envelopes by default, and tracking/insurance is not available to international shipments at this time. If you are an international buyer and require tracking, please contact me to see if tracking is available (only through USPS), which starts at $9 and increases by weight.

  • I have a question about ___ item!

    Please go ahead and ask! I am a personal collector of these items and love talking to fellow collectors, so I'll answer to the best of my knowledge. And I am always fast to communicate!

  • Any discounts available?

    Storenvy doesn't allow newer shops after November 2014 to have Basic Discounts (stupid), so unfortunately I cannot offer them through Storenvy.     The discount I can offer is 10% off your total of 12 stickers or more if you send me screenshots of your full order (for organizing purposes).

  • How are the items priced?

    Items are priced according to supply, demand, and rarity. The more I have of a sticker, the cheaper I can offer it. When stock is reduced to one, you will see that the price is much higher than usual!

  • Why do some listings have {} at the start of the product title?

    The {} is just my bookmark to indicate that I have new images and stock to update the listing with when I get the time! :)

  • Why is PayPal not a checkout option?

    For some stupid reason on Storenvy's part again, I cannot connect my Paypal account to Storenvy unless I pay monthly for a Business Account. I am only a casual seller so I currently use a Premier Business Account that doesn't require a monthly fee. Please order from me manually through my LJ or use my custom shop (please bear with me if you come across any bugs): http://shop.pmsinfirm.org/

    Eventually I will be making this Storenvy OBSOLETE and expect all sales to be done on my custom shop.

  • Will you stock/restock ____ item in the future?

    Sorry, there are no guarantees of future stock, nor do I really have time to answer these kinds of questions on an individual basis. Please continuously check back at my store for new stock!

    New series of Pan Stickers are still coming out in Japan, and I may or may not stock up on them in the future!
